A timeless symbol of power and protection, I named the Joan Sword Pendant after my grandmother - a resilient warrior-woman who triumphed in the face of adversity and has always inspired me to do the same. It’s a wonderful coincidence that she shares the same name as another Joan for whom the sword is also a symbol.
